Looking at 3.7M1 perfs results I can observe that the FullSourceWorkspaceBuildTests#testBuildGenericType() test lasts less than 10ms.
This is not enough and leads to get invalid performance results!

Hence, the test duration must be increased to a value at least over 100ms on all test machines or be discarded if it's not possible...

Satyam,

While verifying bug 315978, I saw normal times for the testBuildGenericType() test, hence it seems that the invalid duration problem only occurs on the performance tests machines.

So, I'll take care of this issue as it will require access to those machines...

The problem is that the newly added file EclipseVisitorBug.java is not added to build.properties file. Fixed build.properties.
