Build 20030214

The color preferences for Ant are applied as soon as the user changes their
values instead of waiting until the Apply button is clicked. The "standard"
Eclipse behavior is that preferences are not applied immediately.

In a related bug, if you change a color and then click Cancel, the color change
remains (presumably, because it was already "applied").
