I believe 2 of the 3 are already present.

Go to the Preferences dialog; type "Keys" into the search field to get to the key mapping page. Then type "Case" into the filter to see the mappings for the "To Upper Case" and "To Lower Case" commands. (It's Shift+Cmd+X and Shift+Cmd+Y on the Mac; I don't know if it's similar on other OSes by default, but you can always remap them as desired.)

However, I don't think there's a "Capitalize" command (I assume that you want this to set the entire string to lower case except for the first letter).

You could fairly easily add such a command by writing your own plug-in...

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
