Currently, the Ant editor outline page only updates when the editor is saved.
We should add as-you-type reconciling to the outline page.

I've released the initial implementation as it was contributed by the Text
team (thank you!).

Played with it for a while and it is a nice improvement.
If we find any bugs we can log as separate issues.
