Currently neither exlipse.exe not startup.jar (Main launcher) consult the install.properties to figure out which boot to use.


NOTES:

This continues to be applicable to 2.0. The surrent 2.0 update suupport does not 
handle updating any of the "root" files (which includes the exe and 
startup.jar and also the splash).
