Once upon a time, clicking on an open editor's tab used to automatically select 
the associated file in the navigator/package explorer views.  This does not 
happen anymore.  
This is especially painful when you open a Java file using Navigate->Open 
type..., the file opens in a Java editor, but you have no idea where that file 
is on your file system.
