Build number:2.6.0.v20100521-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1. using attached report and jsp
2. preview the jsp

Expected result:
User should be able to see combobox title hint no matter select first list value or select second input box and input text

Actual result:
If user input text direct for combobox parameter, he/she will have no chance to see the title hint.
