Build Identifier: Build id: I20100312-1448 A common use case I have is that sometimes I do a search and then find out I'd like to refine that search and end up having to go through the whole search process again (and sometimes again and again). Given that, I believe an easier way to have this workflow fulfilled would be filtering through the files already searched with a filter. i.e.: http://jmesnil.net/weblog/2007/02/26/add-a-filter-to-a-treeviewer/ Given that, it may be interesting having actually 2 filters, one that works in the files level and another that works in the contents found in the lines (although this definition might need more experimenting). If this is interesting and has a good chance of being accepted I might try to submit a patch to it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a search and try to refine it
We don't want to invent a special solution for the Search view. If we offer this then for all table/tree based views, see bug 69200. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 69200 ***
