In Fedora, we use a slightly different version of Ant that causes tests to fail. We use 1.7.1 however, we use a slightly newer version of it causing tests to fail. I propose loosening the checks around the version in the Ant tests so we don't have to patch the tests downstream.

See bug 309992 and 309993 for an idea of what I mean.
