While doing the build submission for I20100420-0800... Latest code from HEAD, Win7 I saw this failure the first time I ran the navigator test suite. The second time I did not see this failure. Today (submitting for I20100428-1300) the suite seemingly hung on testSorterContentOverride. I had already had two out of memory errors (but that is typical for me).

Failed again in M20101124-0800. What's the value in the test that is known to intermittently fail? Can it be removed from the test suite until it is fixed?

The test failed again in N20101129-2000. I temporarily disabled the SorterTest#testSorterContentOverride() test in 3.7 and 3.6 streams.
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
