Currently, there are some SDO tests for WLS under trunk\sdo\eclipselink.sdo.test.server.wls. We need to generalize them to run with other application servers, e.g., WebSphere, JBoss and so on.

This is the first patch for the bug.
- Migrate the tests from trunk\sdo\eclipselink.sdo.test.server.wls to trunk\sdo\eclipselink.sdo.test.server
- Rename packages
- Minor changes on the source and resource files

- Change DeptServiceClientTestCases to get session bean lookup string from system property, because it is different for different application servers

Removed old SDO server tests in directory sdo\eclipselink.sdo.test.server.wls from the repository.
