PlantyCompletionProcessor#getTaskProposals should be able to check which
version of Ant it is currently completing against (to remove 1.5 completions).
There is a bunch of commented out code currently that looks suspcious.

We have hopes to come up with a scheme to make the completion processor much 
more dynamic.
