JRE:IBM JRE 1.6
Locale:Japanese (MS932)

This bug is not reproduced on SLES11.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Connect to CVS server beforehand
2.Should change server encoding to UTF-8
3.Create a project (only ASCII is fine.)
4.Right mouse click on the project name -> [Team] -> [Share Project]
5.Create a file name with Ext-B characters.
6.Right mouse click on the file -> [Team] -> [Commit].
7.After the last wizard, an error dialog pops up.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
