I wish to have more S60 SDKs available in the pulsar mobile SDK downloading window there are more versions than only S60v5 and each has its own SDK package with differences for that specific version.

It would be quite helpful to have them available.

I am still trying to figure out how to intergrate a standard install of the SDK with pulsar.

Please provide more details on the version(s) of SDK that you would like to have published via Pulsar.

This page details the last available SDK's (At least from what I searched)

Most importantly is the latest s60v3, so you can develop for the non-touch symbian smartphones.
