Build Identifier: SWT3.5.2

Launch a SWT Xulrunner browser with memu bar,when user press ALT+F shortcut key in the browser,it can not access menu item,such as File menu item.For normal case,pressing ALT+F will trigger menu item "File" to drop down.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch SWT Xulrunner Browser with menu bar.
2.Visit website like www.google.com.
3.In the Brwoser,press ALT+F,menu "File" does not respond to this menu shortcut key.

This bug is found on Windows xp xp3.

Xulrunner is no longer supported. Closing. Please open new bug if you have issues running with supported web engine.
