As a provider of RSE for embedded systems, I want to hide the "Show Filter Pools" menu option from the Systems View, such that my customers do not run into the known and ugly bugs related to filter pools (e.g. bug 196025, bug 233748).

We have absolutely no need for displaying filter pools in our product, so we would like to configure our product to never show this menu option.
