Add an extension point to build that allows specification of version formats. 
Let the terminal converters for version and version range use these formats when creating the version instances.

When adding this support, also add the version formats as specified in Buckminster, and make sure to include the raw format.

Thomas suggested using OSGi services instead of extension points to get more flexibility.
