Hello,
I would suggest the following improvement in the "compare each other" feature.
Up to now, it is necessary to select two files/directories in order to be able 
to compare reciproquely them. It could be useful to be able to select only a 
file/directory and then to be able to select a file/directory by a choose menu 
option outside eclipse (for instance a file/directory on another path).

Agreed, would be useful.But not for 2.1.
