Olivier, thanks for increasing the upper bound on org.eclipse.jdt.core.tests.model for icu. The new version we are using is 4.2.1.

Interesting, that this worked without updating /org.eclipse.jdt.doc.isv/jdtOptions.txt . Maybe the old com.ibm.icu_4.0.1.v20090822.jar was still in the repository when you made the test build?

Fixed in HEAD and released for I20100122-0800.
