This is the same problem as in bug 246137. See this attachment for the snippet that shows the problem: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/attachment.cgi?id=156660
With 3.6 and a standard Apple mouse with the scroll ball, Snippet296 works as expected. I can scroll the Tree with the scroll ball. I don't have a 3.5.2 build handy to try this out, but I don't see a bug here on Cocoa on the latest builds.
(In reply to comment #1) > With 3.6 and a standard Apple mouse with the scroll ball, Snippet296 works as > expected. I can scroll the Tree with the scroll ball. Snippet296 is not the issue, it's the code in the attachment which is a modified version of Snippet296. Please see bug 246137 for more context on this issue. Did you try the code in the link in the description? That's the code with the problem.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. As such, we're closing this bug. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it and reopen this bug. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant. -- The automated Eclipse Genie.
