Hi,

some fonts like Futura or Script doesn`t work in pdfs. The Fonts are installed in windows.

In BIRT 2.3.2 with View Report, obtains the right font to generate some types of files, such as Web Viewer, HTML, XLS, and goes wrong in DOC, PDF, PPT.
Even in Web Viewer, which shows the correct font, printing, if we choose HTML goes well and if we choose PDF, goes wrong.

any idea ??


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a Report Item Label with text in Futura or Script font 
2.View report as html it works ok
3.View it it as PDF it works wrong

This may be resolved by changing the font mapping configuration. Reassigning this to engine team to provide more details.

Script font on windows platform is not a trueType font, Currently PDF can not support it.
Currently PDF can support Type 1 font, TrueTYpe font and Adobe Asian font.
