For Auto text, 'Page n of m' total page number 'm' is not displayed for
postscript emitter.

build id:
2.5.2 v20091203-0630

steps to reproduce:
1. New a data set and drag it to layout.
2. Drag auto text 'Page n of m' to master page header.
3. Preview the report in postscript.

Actual result:
The total page number is not displayed.See attached screen shot.
