It is possible to move the tash either by clicking the task and then moving it's top edge (hand cursor) or by draging it using free space inside the task (cross cursor).
Second option is convenient in contrast to trying to grab the top edge.
Unfortunatelly with sub-processes the second option does not work.

Of course I am talking about expanded sub-process with tasks inside.
