For certain "dynamic languages", projects need to live for example in the webroot. It's inadvisable to keep the webroot as a Workspace, however. The Team Project Set is a great way of sharing projects, but it's unusable in this scenario because it only allows you to import projects into the workspace.

I'm requesting that a non-default location be able to be specified for importing team project sets, much like you can uncheck the "use workspace" when creating a new project
