Even in the SDK build, there are a good number of views, perspectives, wizards and action sets.
The Customize dialog should show a description for the selected element, to help clarify what it does.

We may also need to organize the lists by plug-in.

Should look at categorization of wizards, views, perspectives, etc.
as part of revised natures story.

Some labeling improvements have been made, but the issues raised above remain.

We seem to have hooked the descriptions up in the dialog... partially.  New wizard descriptions are shown 
but Views/Perspectives/Commands are not.

Action sets already display more information.  Simply press "F2".  I believe 
this bug deal with providing grouping facilities in that dialog.  This is not 
currently supported, and there are no plans to support this for 3.2.
