When opening a large c-file (12000+ loc) the outline view does not show all items, only the first 300 (ca).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a c-file with 12000+ loc which should show 400 items in the outline view
2. Open the file in Eclipse and open the outline view
3. Not all items are shown

The same happens with the Outline of a Java class with ~100.000 trivial fields.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
