Compare aborts after 20 seconds and tells me to use structure compare which is 
hard to find (seems to only be in team perspective version history). 
I normally don't care if the compare takes a long time and would like an option to
continue for as long as it takes to complete the compare.
Presenting an option to continue or cancel after 20 seconds instead of just aborting
would be nice.
