1. Select a method of a Java source file with recent editing.
2. Compare with Element from Local History
=> Left and right panes should present the same method (already covered by bug 291695)
3. Go to right pane, Local History
4. Try to use hyperlinking 
=> Nothing happens, even though it works fine when comparing complete CUs

Other Java editor goodies are not available neither: javadoc popup, quick outline. Not sure if the latter is any useful in the given scenario though.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
