To open the Ant view, users have to click 
Window->Show View->Other...->External Tools->Ant

The "External Tools" category only contains the Ant view. This just makes it
harder for Ant users to find the view. To make it simpler, the "External Tools"
category should be changed to "Ant"

Need to consider if the org.eclipse.externaltools.view category is
considered API.

There will be no API in 2.1. We can leave the category identifier the same, but 
change the label to "Ant".

I think that this should stay as is with the ant view being added as a view 
shortcut to most perspectives.

This is mute. The view is now available from the top level menu "Show View -> 
Ant".

Aherm. Actually, I saw DarinS make the changes for this bug earlier today and
I've been expecting to get a "Fixed. Please verify" update. Darin, did you
check in the changes?

On the topic of this being mute, does the view show up in the top level menu
of anyone else's perspectives other than the SDK? If not, changing the label
would still make it easier for people to find.
