I use latest Ubuntu Karmic 64bit with the latest Eclipse Galileo PDT.

I am not able to click on dialogs buttons of any dialog box.

The Ubuntu bundle version of Eclipse is build M20090917-0800 and I can click on buttons.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. new project > php project
2. click on next or finished as no effect

Is this the GTK issue with Karmic?  2.18 I think?

This looks like a duplicate of Bug 291257. Take a look at the Comment 1 in that bug for a temporary workaround. (Please reopen if that doesn't work for you).
