HEAD + bug 124039 (Fix v03). Steps to reproduce: 1. Make a change in Java project 2. Make a conflicting change in non-Java project 3. Select both projects and try to commit 4. Error message shows up informing about the conflicting change 5. Switch to Java Workspace model, where the conflicting change is not visible => The error message is still there, Finish button is disabled. Workaround: Switch back to All Models, select the conflicting change, right click and do "Remove from View". Then switch back to Java Workspace model to review Java project(s) only.
Is this a real bug? "Finish" works like "Commit All" for Sync view which commits all changes and it doesn't matter if a change is visible in current model model or not. Moreover, pressing "Finish" in the dialog results in committing all changes, not only those which are visible, unless they have been explictly removed by "Remove from View".
This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
