- start Eclipse with new workspace
- from 'Window' menu select 'Show View/Outline'
- resize Outline view part to make it small
Observe: the message "An Outline is not available" becomes truncated.
It should wrap.

Tried this with I20030422 (post 2.1) on both Windows XP and Linux (motif).  
Both worked fine - the message was wrapped successfully.  Closing this PR.
