PropagatingFontFieldEditor has moved.
It was in org.eclipse.ui.texteditor in 136 (1.0 freeze candidate),
but was moved to org.eclipse.jface.text in 200.

This is a breaking change from what will be released in 1.0.  
It causes JDT to break (when running 1.0 JDT).

If this really needs to be moved, we should keep it in org.eclipse.ui.texteditor,
deprecated it, and change it be an empty subclass of the new one in org.eclipse.jface.text.
