	The last issue is more of a feature request:
	
	It would be nice if the WizardNewFileCreatePage supports a file extension
	mask.  Our "New Wizard" automatically appends one if the user omits it,
	but the way we are doing it right now has 2 shortcomings:

	a) There is little user feedback that we will append an extension and what
	that extension is

	b) We have to override validatePage() in our subclass so that we will
	perform duplicate resource validation using the effective filename with
	the extension appended.
