Description:
[Accessibility] Invalid short cut key and can not focus on check box in Marker property editor

Build:


Steps to reproduce:
1. Insert a chart and add a MarkerLine on X Axis
2. Check Accessibility for Axis Marker dialog

Actual result:
Short cut key "u" for "Value" is invalid, and can not focus on two check box besides "Value". See the screenshot.

Checkbox has to add text to support shortcut key, but layout will be worse.
