Description:
For current PERCENTRANK in BIRT it is a running aggregation and it will calculate the percent rank of the value in current row. But we can not cover one case, I want to know the percent rank of a constant value in each group. In Excel, PERCENTRANK(array,x,significance) has three arguments, X is the value for which you want to know the rank. I suggest to support this argument in PERCENTRANK, if x argument is specified, the Aggregation is a non-running aggregation and just calculate the percent rank of the specified value.
