Initial contribution of MaxDBPlatform

I like to contribute some initial code as a starting point for support of the MaxDB / SAPDB product. Unfortunately I have no time to go on with this. Maybe someone else is interested to finish it. I concentrated mostly on supporting SEQUENCEs to gain performance, other features have not yet been added.

Note that the code might look correct, but actually there are several tests producing MaxDB kernel crashes (but maybe SAP did fix them meanwhile and the tests now pass successfully). The bugs are already reported to SAP, but their interest in fixing it was not big in 2007. Unfortunately I lost the URLs to their bug tracker issue.


The code is attached.
