Suppose the user drags the views (i.e. console view) to a second monitor and closes Eclipse IDE. Then if the user opens up Eclipse IDE in a single monitor setup, the console view becomes inaccessible (as it resides within the borders of the second monitor) Similarly, in Windows, if a window is dragged below onto the taskbar on the bottom, it is no longer clickable (you can click the taskbar, not the window bar underneath it). The user has to hide the taskbar to gain access to the window again.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
