Make sure you have the property sheet examples installed.
	Create a .usr file.
	In the outline, select a person
	In the property sheet, change the person name.

	Go back to the outline, the person name did not change.
	Press F5, Nothing happens.

	Close the outline and re-open it.
	The person name has changed.

There is not an easy way for the view to implement F5 support since the editor 
owns the page being displayed.

Stale defect - this is now possible (e.g. F4 opens type hierarchy) from 
Outline view when editing a java file.

The specific case mentioned here is a very low priority enhancement to an 
example.
