The Mylyn project is willing to take on the maintenance and improvements of the CDT Mylyn bridge.  We can make this the second reference bridge implementation, with the JDT bridge being primary.

To do this, we suggest moving the CDT bridge from the CDT project to the Mylyn project.

Shawn, we need to do the following to integrate the new feature into the build:
* Update map files
* Update build dependencies (skip tests for now)
* Update update site
* Update capabilities extension in o.e.m.ide.capabilities and o.e.m.ide.dev to include cdt plug-in

I have 
cdt - for build version(In reply to comment #1)

sites are updated and I used the @cdt@ version number, but didn't know where to put that.

Shawn, did you add the cdt feature to the allElements? We also need to discuss if we are going to add the plug-ins to the PSF files or if we are going to keep that separate.

Also need to consider whether to add the plug-ins to the SDK feature and the dev mailing should be notified of the new plug-ins.

Shawn: Given the P2 installer workflow, to prevent people from accidentally installing CDT into JDT, please add the following Description text to the start of each of our bridge features:
* C/C++: "NOTE: Installs CDT if not present."
* Java: "NOTE: Installs JDT if not present."
* Plug-in dev: "NOTE: Installs PDE if not present."
