Description:
In designer layout, grid inline doesn't work but in preview result it works as expected. For WYSIWYG, the designer layout and preview result should be same.

Build number: 
2.5.1.v20090703-0630

Steps to reproduce:
1, New two grids and set their height and width
2, Set their display property to inline
3, Compare the result in designer layout and preview

Result:
In designer, the girds are not inline but in preview they are inline. It is not working as purpose of WYSIWYG

We don't have enough time to fix this and avoid regression.
