We need a carbon fragment for the autorefresh support.

The polling mechanism will work on MacOS.  Deferring.

Jed, FYI we now ship a MacOSX library with the SDK.

Futher investigation into this revealed that OSX does not have FAM or a FAM like
interface.  Implementing the natives means putting code in the kernel (highly
unlikely).  Closing.
