Steps To Reproduce:
1. go to http://help.eclipse.org/galileo/index.jsp
2. open Workbench user guide
3. open What's new
4. in right window search for "Plug-in developers will also be interested in the corresponding What's new" and click on link
5. search for "Improved look for filtered tree" and click to "porting guide"
