There appears to be no way of activating the cell editors for a task in the
task list without using the mouse.

Task list now has its own properties dialog, which is accessible.
Choose Properties on context menu.
This dialog is also used when creating a new task, making it easier to change 
the initial properties even for mouse users.

We are not going with TableCursor as it led to a nonstandard look and feel.
