If a library (c:\lib\libfoo.a) is added to the "Additional Library Files" section of the link tab for ObjectAda builds, then the following is passed to adabuild:

-lc:\lib\libfoo.a

instead of the correct c:\lib\libfoo.a.

It is important that we correctly support all toolchains.  Implement for the first release.
