Selecting "Preferences" from the Ada editor context menu only shows the preferences for generic text editors.  Add the Ada editor preferences to the dialog.

The Preferences menu item for the editor context menu is provided by Eclipse, and editor implementers provide support for that action.  This item was added after the Ada editor was created, so there is not currently support for it.

Non critical enhancement, I suggest postponing until the second release.
