description:
SVG background image does not work in postscript.

build id:
2.5.0 v20090611-0630

steps to reproduce:
1. New a chart. On Format Chart->Chart Area, set its background to Transparent.
2. Add an SVG image to resource folder.
3. Select the chart, in Advanced page of Property Edit, enter the SVG image file name as Background image.
4. Preview in pdf,postscript and ppt.

Actual result:
The SVG background image works for pdf and ppt but not postscript. But the background image flashes when you zoom in/zoom out.
