Hi,

after upgrading to M3 I find that Eclipse frequently freezes when
being launched. More precise, I can see the blue window "The Eclipse
Project", but nothing happens. No CPU time is consumed and no "javaw"
process can be found in the task manager.

The problem wasn't present in M2 and is reproducible in about 20-30%
of all cases.
