The last three nightly builds hang when trying to start up on Win NT4 SP5. The 
one I am currently testing is eclipse-SDK-I20021204-win32.zip

The error message is "the procedure entry point SetLayout could not be found in 
the dynamic link library GD132.dll"

I have to kill Eclipse in system manager to get rid of the splash screen.
