We should allow the same file to be opened twice in the same perspective,
e.g. if the user wants to compare different parts of the file, or move code around between different parts of the file.

Could add Shift modifier to Open (or double-click) which would open a new editor, even if one was already open.
Of course, document sharing should still occur.
